Bump version and create a new release

Hey there,

Love the work on this package. It seems like the current version on pip doesn't include discovering endpoints from the Link header, but the one from this repo does.

Any change to get a version bump and to publish it?

yeah, I plan to publish a new release once I'm done with my refactoring (Python 3 with type annotations, more test coverage and better API).

Stay tuned :-) I try to get it out by the end of this year but no promises.

It would help me, if you could share with me, how you intend to use this package.
