After updating shared icon cache, Activity Log shows ? entries

I actually want to keep my Activity Log. I ran into an issue so updated the shared icon cache, ran into a series of errors and all of my played titles were wiped. I needed to re-add them manually, but now there are 5 entries scattered throughout this year marked as ?????. 

Editing of software played on individual days is needed.
