Enquery about installation

I was trying to install with Install-Package TempMail.API cmd in powershell (normal as well as admin), it didn't work.
Actually, I'm quite new to C#.

This is the attachment.

How to get past this?
Any help..
(PS: I haven't cloned or downloaded the repo files)

You can try with this:

For Powershell 5.1:

Install-Package TempMail.API -Destination ".\NugetPackages" -Source 'https://www.nuget.org/api/v2' -ProviderName NuGet -SkipDependencies

For new versions of Powershell you can use https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json
