Can't retry failed sample page cached generated graph

Go to "graphs" tab. This has failed graphs. There is a "try again" link

If you click that, it fails with "Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token" on retry_generate_graph(32320881-d32e-4b35-ae4b-97de9429e6ea) looks like we need to quote w/strings

Shariant testing not required - they don't use non-plotly graphs

Tested by failing graph by throwing exception, then clicking reload. Before it failed in JS with log above. After, it re-generated graph
