Analysis template - active version #1496

I was thinking it would be done in the page below, there could be a place to tick which version is active. Would be good for the creator to be able to test it on a new sample (outside of the template editor page), but it not to be available to others to use until the creator ticks a box to “make active”. So could be a box for “draft” and “active” which could be for just the creator to use (draft) and anyone (active). Or something like that…
Would basically just add an "active" tickbox (or button, as there is only 1) on the template versions page
