Add MG Cyberster Battery Capacity

Great software, thanks a lot! Works perfect!

I get the following rrror message:
`Unknown battery capacity for car series='EC32', model='CYBERSTER', supports_target_soc=True. Please file an issue to improve data accuracy - vehicle_info`

Total battery Capacity is 77kWh, 72.5kWh effective.

Could you please add this to the database!
