Battery Heating time shifted by +1h when using MQTT Gateway

When I set the battery heating time through the SAIC Python MQTT Gateway, the server always receives the time shifted by +1 hour.
Examples:

If I set 15:30, the vehicle receives 16:30

If I set 17:30 from the official app, the Gateway receives 16:30

Looks like a timezone or time conversion issue happening somewhere in the data flow.

To Reproduce

Set the battery heating time through the MQTT Gateway

Check the value received by the vehicle / server

Compare it with the original input

Notice the +1h / -1h shift

Expected behavior
The time should be delivered exactly as set, with no shifts.
