add AssertionConsumerServiceIndex to Saml2Settings.java

Hi!

According to saml-schema-protocol-2.0.xsd it should be possible to add an optional param called: AssertionConsumerServiceIndex
(unsigned short)

For our client we need this optional param. Of course, we can fork the repository, or make a pull request on this repo, but I think you guys can do this a lot quicker.

Is it possible to add this to a v2.9.1 release?

If you want to I can also clone this repo, add a branch and create a pull-request.

There's an ongoing effort to add support for multiple Assertion Consumer Services (see #368) which would also satisfy your request. However it has been waiting for a review by a maintainer for months, unfortunately :-(
