Destination is not working

Issue description

We created a destination from BTP to sucessFactors following this tutorial: https://help.sap.com/docs/connectivity/sap-btp-connectivity-cf/create-and-consume-destination-for-cloud-foundry-application?locale=en-US

But it doesn't work for us, we are getting an error message:

Failed to execute action Get entities from FOCompany: Failed to build headers. The destination tried to provide authorization tokens but failed in all cases. This is most likely due to misconfiguration. Original error messages: Error reading certificate SuccessFactors123.pem: Error reading certificate from keystore

Unfortunately, it seems that it can't be resolved via this channel.

The error message you get may have various causes. Most likely, there is a problem with the certificate you are using.

To further investigate the issue, please open a dev support ticket on component BC-CP-DEST-CF.
