Get Support

If you have questions or encounter an issue while working with the SAP Credential Store service, you can address them in the relevant SAP support channels:

Planned downtimes and outage communication are sent through e-mail to the initial administrator of your global account.

  1. Log in to SAP Support Portal.
  2. Choose Get Support. The Services and Support dashboard opens in your personal SAP for Me platform.
  3. Choose Report New Issue and select the relevant customer name.
  4. For Component, enter: BC-CP-CF-SEC-CPG
  5. Fill in the mandatory fields.
  6. Explain your problem. We recommend including the following information in the incident:
    • Region information. See Discovery Center: SAP Credential Store.
    • Global account
    • Cloud Foundry or Kyma space
    • URL of the page where the incident or error occurs
    • The steps or clicks used to replicate the error
    • Screenshots, videos, or the code entered
