Planned downtimes and outage communication are sent through e-mail to the initial administrator of your global account. |
- Log in to SAP Support Portal.
- Choose Get Support. The Services and Support dashboard opens in your personal SAP for Me platform.
- Choose Report New Issue and select the relevant customer name.
- For Component, enter:
BC-CP-CF-SEC-CPG - Fill in the mandatory fields.
- Explain your problem. We recommend including the following information in the incident:
- Region information. See Discovery Center: SAP Credential Store.
- Global account
- Cloud Foundry or Kyma space
- URL of the page where the incident or error occurs
- The steps or clicks used to replicate the error
- Screenshots, videos, or the code entered
