[doc issue] Terraforming Kyma Runtimes - General remark on development teams in docs #26

Issue description
The documentation states in a lot of spots that "development teams do xyz", e.g. set up a Kyma environment or tear it down. I think that this is a misconception. Usually the setup of environments is done by the admin team/platform team/DevOps team as especially for Kyma the settings need to be done by experts from that area and not by the development team members.
I would strongly recommend to the rephrase this to a more general statement, namely the team in charge of infrastructure provisioning, referring to "team" in the document.
