Errors in BTP ABAP Environment when activating objects

Hello ABAP Reference Scenario Team,

I've just pulled the latest version from the ABAP-platform-cloud branch to my Free Tier BTP ABAP Environment:

Unfortunately during the activation process I get this errors:

Metadata not loaded - See /IWBEP/ERROR_LOG in backend '' - Failed to read the runtime table SRVD_RT_EXTENDS for service /DMO/FLIGHT_R...
Metadata not loaded - See /IWBEP/ERROR_LOG in backend '' - Failed to read the runtime table SRVD_RT_EXTENDS for service /DMO/UI_TRAVEL_APPROVER_M...
Metadata not loaded - See /IWBEP/ERROR_LOG in backend '' - Failed to read the runtime table SRVD_RT_EXTENDS for service /DMO/UI_TRAVEL_PROCESSOR_M...
Service Binding /DMO/API_TRAVEL_U_V4 does not exist.
Service Binding /DMO/UI_AGENCY_O4 does not exist.
Service Binding /DMO/UI_EMPLOYEE_HR_O4 does not exist.

Is this a known issue? Can I expect a fix any time soon? I would like to try the read only tree view for /DMO/UI_EMPLOYEE_HR_O4.

I've pulled the repo again and you can see that there is only one issue with an auth object:

I then use the activation:

I still get the same errors during activation. Please find attached also the PDF of a dump that occurs during activation.
