Hi Florian,

A standard alert for newly created service instances is already available in SAP Alert Notification service (see here: https://help.sap.com/docs/alert-notification/sap-alert-notification-for-sap-btp/audit-service-instance-created).

This could also be done as part of the FinOps application. Every data refresh updates the account structure tree which contains all services. You could look at the newly inserted records to see which directories/subaccounts/services are 'new', here: https://github.com/SAP-samples/btp-resource-consumption-monitor/blob/main/cf/srv/retrievalService.ts#L811

Hi Willem,

thanks. I did a few tests. It seems like, that the "Audit Service Instance Created" only works for CF services, not for subscribed BTP applications. Unfortunately I could not find an event for subscribed BTP applications.
