Table is flickering.

## Description
The table flickers when the app is opened.

## Steps to reproduce
1. Open the app  
   - either via **"Run App"**: https://sap-samples.github.io/ui5-mdc-json-tutorial/u1/ex1/dist/  
   - or run it **locally** following the steps in the README 


## Additional information
- No errors or warnings appear in the browser console.
- Browser: Chrome, Edge, Firefox
