Question regarding docker image change

Hello,

currently in project Piper we use the docker image 'devxci/mbtci-java11-node14' for the mtaBuild step. Because of security concerns regarding the older java and node versions, we want to update the docker image to another one with newer java and node version. We were thinking of using 'devxci/mbtci-java21-node22', but still we wanted to double check with you if that image would be suitable for our new default docker image or you can suggest using another one.
