Report Shared with the User

Typically, the admin user creates and configures the entire project, setting up reports with predefined data points, chart colors, time periods, and a list of recipients who will receive the report via email.

However, there is a problem: regular users may receive these reports by email, but they cannot access them directly within the system. Only the user who created the report has access to the generated instances.

If a regular user wants to view the report without searching for it in their email, they cannot. The only alternative would be to create a custom report for themselves, which can be useful but is not the ideal solution.

The best approach would be for reports created by the admin, when sent via email to a regular user, to also appear in that user's report section, making organization and access to reports much easier.

it's a matter of expanding permissions for reports.
