Problem to create user, datapoints....

Hello,

I installed version 2.7.8.1 and version 2.8.0_pre with the following versions:

MySQL CE 8.0.44
Tomcat 9.0.113
OpenJDK version "11.0.25" 2024-10-15 LTS
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (Red_Hat-11.0.25.0.9-1) (build 11.0.25+9-LTS)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (Red_Hat-11.0.25.0.9-1) (build 11.0.25+9-LTS, mixed mode, sharing)

When the application starts, it creates all the tables in the database.

But when I access Scada-LTS, I can't create users, datapoints, etc. It's as if some tables in the database are inaccessible.

Has anyone else experienced this and knows how to resolve it?

Hi @julianocpageo,

1. Logs needed from: /tomcat/logs/ (Before sending, check the logs to see if there is any sensitive data there, there shouldn't be any, but it's worth verifying.)
2. Is this a clean installation? (empty database, new installation)
3. Did you use an earlier version of the application?
4. We need to check the status of the schema_version table. To do this, you need an SQL client, phpadmin or dbvear, connect to the database, and then execute the query:
   select * from scadalts.schema_version;
5. You cannot freely switch between versions if the database has been migrated to a given version, e.g., 2.8.0. You cannot revert to previous versions if you have not made a backup of the database. '
