Update DWR library to version 3.0

**Description:**
We should upgrade DWR to **3.0**, verify all existing DWR interfaces, and adapt configuration if needed (`dwr.xml`, annotations, remoting endpoints).

**Criteria:**

* DWR bumped to 3.0 in build system
* Application starts without warnings/errors related to DWR
