Lolly downloading issue #26

From @jenajordan 6/11/25 #24 ): "Had issues with Lolly/ downloading data 5-29-25. Contacted Smithsonian IT, they remotely updated apps (including Lolly) that were outdated on computer (as field techs don't have admin privileges to do this on laptop). This improved functioning, but still not able to download field data onto laptop (even after reading Tomst instructional manual). Contacted Tomst by email & they recommended "read all" instead of reading from bookmark. On 6-11-25 this worked, but it is a lengthy download."
KAT response: @jenajordan , any update on this? This is definitely a problem, made more problematic by #25 and on instruments with a poor connection. In any case, we loose time over it. (By the way, I also have to contact SI IT to update the app, which is annoying.)
