After new bands are installed, Jess pointed out we need to ensure that the following CSV's are updated:
- Field forms: Remove dead trees, add new stems.
a) Ensure biannual form has area (valued 1 thru 9) to ensure same quadrats aren't measured twice
b) Ensure biweekly form has stems that are switched biannual vs biweekly

- dendro_ID.csv
- dendro_trees.csv file
