Extend anomaly detection to cover fall to spring. This would cover the final scenario of:

• Spring biannual to first biweekly (which hopefully occurs 2 weeks after): verify 2 week growth of biweekly stems
• Between biweekly: verify 2 week growth of biweekly stems
• Final biweekly to fall: verify 2 week growth of biweekly stems AND annual growth for all stems
• Fall to spring: verify growth for all stems
