Uncertainty networks cleanup

the uncertainty quantification visualization network (uncertainty_forward_visualization.srn5) has a few problems the most notable is that the colormaps for the sensitivity should be set between 0 and 1, not autoscale. I think there are two of the same files loaded too. It really needs some annotations.
