Adios2/Schema-based field and field layout construction #240
Description
Currently we have defined some specific field layouts/fields in PCMS we would like to extend this capability so that we can construct a field based on a specific schema definition. The use-case for this is to ingest data that's on-disk and written out in a specific format. For unstructured meshes, the schema is based on the Omega_h layout and defined in the Adios2 output from Omega_h.
