Add support for more Noise Functions

pysd offers support for some RANDOM NORMAL and RANDOM UNIFORM functions, but does not support other distributions or for functions that create pink noise:

Thanks for pointing that out. We only support a few functions as it is more complex to test them (compared to regular functions) and we didn't have the need.

I currently don't have time to work on these functions. I would like to start working on many issues that have been open for a long time, but that will have to wait for now.

However, if you want to implement them I could help you if you need it. Let me know!
