Documentation is one of the primary goals of Reference Policy. The GettingStarted guide has more information on writing Reference Policy modules. There is also interface documentation generated from the policy source.

For an in-depth discussion of Reference Policy concepts, see the paper published at the 2006 SELinux Symposium.
