selinux_overview.md: fix a its/it's typo
This problem was originally identified by Thomas Peter Berntsen and while a patch was provided it did not carry the necessary sign-off. This patch is based on Thomas' bug report and original patch. Signed-off-by: Paul Moore <[email protected]>
