Section 4.4 - Persistent URL services #17
Description
The spec states that publishing the new developed artifacts may "include usage of Persistent URL services such as w3id.org". I think it may be useful to give alternative solutions, such as storing them in Zenodo and obtaining a DOI for the dataset, version control with a DOI for each version, and good expectations of long-term preservation.
