Exclude app in AdClear #103
Description
Please support exclude app in AdClear.
Sometimes it is necessary to exclude app in AdClear. For example, I use Shadowsocks and configure this socks5 proxy in AdClear. In this case, the traffic of Shadowsocks should not be routed through AdClear. So I need that exclude Shadowsocks in AdClear.
