Support for AzureDevops

I do not think I am the first one, but I know cumulusCI is deeply tied to Github on many features.

We have a customer that is using azure devops and for compliance reasons they are not willing to shift to github.

I know technically it is possible to extend cumulusCI framework to add an "azureDevops" connector (since it is open source). We are currently assessing the investment from our side to make this happen and add this capability. On teh meantime, I want to start a discussion to get all the necessary advice from the experts behind cumulusCI because:

• I am a new in cumulusCI (although I have played a little bit with it for the last few days)
• I think I already have a good understanding of the integration touchpoints that already exist between Github and cumulusCI
• I am a Salesforce Architect, I am NOT an expert on Python. So the part I am really lost would be to provide guidance to dev team on code structure, and making sure it is following the same approach as the other modules from cumulusCI

How shall we start all this ? We are super excited !!
