Add support for passing command line parameters directly to xcodebuild

The idea here is to be able to do setting=value on the xcodebuild line.

Looking for -sdk iphonesimulator4.3 option but passing it by hand would be OK also.

I'm really busy atm... like the rest of last 4 months, but sry for the poor support on this little piece of software... the good news: end of Juli until October i'm focused on this project, this should be the time with the new major release
