Extra top / bottom padding inside webview scroll content

Hi,
i was wondering if there's the possibility to avoid top and bottom padding (depending of which iPhone is using) inside webview scrolling content.
My aim is to view a page that is containing responsive content with height 100%.
I can't get rid of extra space and this is making the webview scrolling height higher than viewport, without the possibility to view all the contents without scrolling the page.
Please see the attachment made with iPhone 8 and 11 Simulator in Visual Studio Community.
