Keyboard shortcuts not working?

I was trying to set up keyboard shortcuts for some Pins but can't get them to work? I was looking for documentation to understand, if I was doing something wrong, but I assume it is a bug?

Thank you for creating Pins. It is among my favorite pieces of software!
