Automated message deletion containing spammy content with ephemeral message to user #48

regarding #47
Sent messages containing spammy content like "wann (wieder) event?" etc. should be automatically deleted by the bot.
Thereafter an ephemeral message is send to the user informing him to e.g. have a look at XY.
This changes reduce support effort and help keeping discord channels as clean as possible.
