Create Grafana plugin for network topologies #4
Description
The current diagram plugin in Grafana is not sufficient to diagram AS topologies, path traces, and link-state topologies. We need a more advanced plugin that can draw the plugins by using data from Postgres.
Two columns can used for connections, such as SideA to SideB. A single column could also be used, where the format is parsable, such as A -> B.
We'll need to run through the use-cases to make sure the schema works.
