BGP Hijacking #5

Hi,
I've been looking into BGP Hijacking plugins.
Currently my understanding is :
It seems like there's only [reading data from 'alerts' table and displaying hijacking information on the view].There's no logic on how hijacking data injected into 'alerts' table, even in [obmp-postgres] project.
So my question is:
a. is there exactly hijacking data obtaining logic or not in these related projects?
