VPNv4 NLRI not being monitored!

Hi,

I have MPBGP neighbor for which BMP packets are being sent to the server but the server isn't interpreting them it looks like. Another IPv4 neighbor is working fine and i can visualize all updates it sends on grafana. What could be the issue?
