Fog Color is not working
To Reproduce
Apply fog to a map to observe that the color parametters are not used as the fog color is not working
Expected behavior
Fog is always white and doesnt support colors or at least it doesnt work.
Software information
Any version of PrimeXT. Its been a long time bug that was never patched
