considering new "Cat" UI

I'm considering two changes to the "CAT" UI:

1. Make each "section" a collapsible/rollable UI
   The Cat page has many uses, but not all are useful at once. For example, after you've selected your frequency, maybe you want to replay stored messages and toggle the mic, but are at that moment no longer interested in the VFO. So, let's roll that up and make the other buttons bigger so that they're easy to hit in sunlight, or with gloves, etc.
   Fundamentally, this adds a bit of modality to the CAT page.
2. Move "Set clock" from the settings page to the CAT page.
   I do this all the time. In fact, I do it first-thing when activating. The settings page feels like a spot for infrequently adjusted things that should mostly remain constant. The "CAT" page, though feels like it's all about activities associated with activation.
