To make the client interface smartphone adaptive

The client interface has to be made fully smartphone adaptive. We need to check and adjust the CSS and the jQuery code. I'm going to apply a css style for desktops and tablets, and a different css style for smartphones.

I refactored and improved the css styles in order to make the interface work on a smartphone. The smartphone detection was implemented in order to apply the proper css styles.
