[EPIC] Create Scaffold class

Problem

One data format identified to express scaffolds in the initial screening was JSON. How to convert the JSON into VTK so that we can use it effectively for further mapping using Python.

Solution

• Create Skeleton of Scaffold Class #6
• JSON to VTK conversion
• Add metadata to the class (retrieved from Pennsieve API or Sparc-me)
• Convert to VTK.js for easy browser visualization.
