[EPIC] Visualising the Scaffolds within oSPARC

Problem

In tutorial one we would like to show that a Scaffold can be loaded and visualised using the sparc-imp package. This EPIC requires taking the Scaffold class generated by sparc-imp and visualising it in oSPARC.

Solution:

• Create a 'ground-truth' scaffold (which can be compared to the output of our class) using the MAP client.
• Take this 'ground-truth' scaffold and plot it using PyVista. The plot should include all meshes in the scaffold and labels.
• Reproduce the plot from the task above in oSPARC.
• Use the Scaffold class to generate the VTK files and reproduce the plots from steps 2. and 3.
