Offline resource loader support #1438
Description
As a user I would like to be able to download content that uses a resource loader.
Acceptance criteria
- Token-protected Akamai content can be downloaded in the app (e.g. sports on-demand streams), if possible.
- Errors are correctly reported if special care is needed.
