Export geojson file automatically for APP PlumeMarker

As suggested by @JaHoff and @qarti-astro , it's better to export the geojson file automatically for the PlumeMarker. We will use the streamlit-folium to get the all_drawings directly and export it.

This would require making the folium map into streamlit app (as far as I know). This requires some extra information to be saved during the plotting.

Alternatively we can create the necessary information when the folder is loaded in. This will make loading a folder a lot slower.
