Switch to GitHub merge button

• Push all currently accepted pull requests
• Rename branch: X labels to backport-to-X at https://github.com/SSSD/sssd/issues/labels
• Push ci: automatically add Reviewed-by trailer when Accepted label is set #8083 and ci: add autobackport workflow #8078
• Abandon push script and start using merge button
• When first reviewed-by trailers are run, create branch protecting rule to require this check
• Get older branches PR CI in sync with master (@ikerexxe), including reviewed-by and auto-backport jobs
