Pain

On SSW People user profile pages, the 'Latest Rules' section incorrectly displays that no rules have been updated, even when the user has updated multiple rules within the last day. This results are misleading information on both the viewer’s own profile and other users’ profiles (e.g. Kaique Biancatti). The issue appears to affect the data retrieval or display logic for the Latest Rules section.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. The Latest Rules section correctly displays recently updated rules for a user when rule updates exist.
  2. The Latest Rules section shows accurate data on both the current user’s profile and other users’ profiles.
  3. If a user has updated rules within the last 24–48 hours, those updates are visible in the Latest Rules section.
  4. If a user has not updated any rules, the Latest Rules section clearly indicates this state correctly.
  5. The fix is verified on SSW People in production or a staging environment with real recent rule updates.

Reproduce Steps

  1. Navigate to SSW People.
  2. Open a user profile page (e.g. Kaique Biancatti).
  3. Scroll to the 'Latest Rules' section.
  4. Observe that the section states no rules have been updated.
  5. Verify separately that the user has updated rules within the last day.
  6. Confirm the mismatch between actual rule updates and what is displayed in the Latest Rules section.
