Pain

There is a UI inconsistency on the YakShaver website where the top card has a border around the element, but the bottom card does not. The design should be altered to ensure consistency in card borders.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Both the top and bottom cards on the YakShaver website should have consistent borders.
2. The border style should match the design specifications provided by the design team.
3. The change should be tested across different browsers and devices to ensure consistency.

Reproduce Steps

1. Navigate to the YakShaver website.
2. Locate the card elements on the page.
3. Observe the border around the top card.
4. Observe the absence of a border around the bottom card.
