Pain

Investigate and resolve the issue where rules on the Rules V3 (TinaCMS) site are taking an unusually long time to load, sometimes over two minutes.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Rules on the Rules V3 (TinaCMS) site load within a reasonable time frame (e.g., under 5 seconds).
2. Users can access and edit rules without experiencing long loading times.
3. The issue is consistently resolved across different times and locations.

Reproduce Steps

1. Navigate to the Rules V3 (TinaCMS) site.
2. Attempt to open a rule from the rules section.
3. Observe the loading time and note if it takes an unusually long time to load (e.g., over two minutes).

As per our conversation, this is a known problem, so please close the Issue with a link to the one you mentioned.

Note: We never got a timeout error... just couldn't load the page(s)

I created this issue to mitigate the problem: #2278
. However, I will keep it open until the issue is fully resolved. It occurs during production deployment, and our goal is to reduce downtime and make the site available instantly. That said, this will involve significant changes and will require further discussion and approval
