Homepage Tile Colours

SSW Website Homepage:

• In the consulting tiles, the use of red for ‘Web Consulting’ looks like some sort of CTA or 'selected state'
• The tiles underneath are al the same colour. These look like the same components that are styled inconsistently.

Can we remove the red tile? Or alternatively, have the tiles below follow the same colour scheme?
