Implement a feature in GitHub actions to automatically approve and merge small changes made to the ⭐ SSW Website (Dev - Next.js) without requiring manual approval. This aims to streamline the process for minor updates, such as typos, by detecting changes in the content directory and applying heuristics to determine if they are small.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Detect small changes in the content directory of the ⭐ SSW Website (Dev - Next.js) repository.
2. Automatically mark pull requests as approved and merge them if they are identified as small changes. (not sure that this is possible)
3. Builds for these small changes are not mandatory (to expedite the process)
4. Ensure users still need to mark draft pull requests as ready.
5. Implement the same GitHub actions and settings in other repositories like ⭐ YakShaver and ⭐ EagleEye after completion.
