table search on all notifications page

doesn't seem to be searching across pages 

as a staple aside - I found another bug of course - I swore I fixed it that the table search box reviews ALL pages, but that doesn’t seem to be working, which is why my “fake” task search didn’t work - I’ve added it to my issues to fix
